One of THE MOST popular New Year’s resolutions is to loose weight. Gyms are packed, until about mid-February when some people’s wills start to wane. I know I’ve made it a point to loose weight for years. And then it dawned on me (better late then never right?!), that instead of depriving myself from certain foods, I should make better choices. And after hearing my string bean of a daughter say she was fat, replaced that word with fit. My goal is to be healthy and fit. Plus, as a mother, I want to set a good example for my kids.  Studies show that this is the first generation where the parents are expected to outlive our children as a result of childhood obesity.

So let’s take a moment tomorrow to share some ideas on how we can all make healthier, more balanced choices this year.  Bring yourself, tips, apps, lo que sea, and let’s get fit!!
